    The lump in left calf is large painful and has moved from back of calf to inside of calf

    Could be a few things, possibly not even related to the ankle injury. Get to the doctors.

    What I'm thinking will REQUIRE a trip to the Dr. Maybe even an MRI if I'm right (something I've had happen). But there are other less serious things it can be as well..
