    My fiancé wants to adopt
Can my fiancé adopt my child if my ex has not seen her in three years? My ex won't sign his rights over until me and my fiancé are married which is in a couple of months. But the judge has stripped my ex of all medical and parenting rights and decision so is it OK for my fiancé to adopt her now. He is the only daddy she knows he has been there since she was 9 months old

Some states perhaps require such a waiting period; others don't.

But just about everywhere you do have to be married first.

The title of the thread is misleading, by the way. If he is your fiancé he is not yet your husband. >edited the title<

Are you sure the judge terminated his rights or just custody? Courts are very reluctant to issue a TPR. But if you have been court ask the judge if you can proceed with the adoption. Moist likely you will be told you have to wait until you have been married for a period.
