How can I get a title for a mobile home? The owner is deceased and his family doesn't know where the title is. Can anybody help?

Contact your state Dept of Motor Vehicles for the procudure. A new title will have to be issued, and since the owner is deceased most likely the executor will have to supply a copy of the death certificate plus letters testementary to document that the transfer is legit.

Plus a bill of sale, of course.

If a probate estate has not been created (because the decedent did not leave significant assets, perhaps), it might be possible to do the above by a "small estate affidavit", depending on what state it is in which you are located.
