    First off... its CONTEMPT of COURT... not attempt of court. So you have the right terminology.

    A lot depend on exactly what this is about... but if you are one of the parties involved... you can contact an Officer of the court... and let them know... or have your Lawyer do it if you were the other party in the case.

    So tell us a little more... and we can be more specific.
