I am quite a novice when it becomes to women, I have a few questions - Girl I met a couple of months ago:

1. After how much time do you ask a girl that you meeting if she wants to be your girlfriend?

2. If the girl keeps questioning about if you are in a relationship, seeing each other or friends? Are they expecting you to say something or they made up their mind. ( if you ask them already to be your girlfriend and they were not sure)

3. Girl sending only short text messages 2-3 times /day. Then all of a sudden, they start to send long txt messages a lot telling you about a lot of stuffs making it more like a converastion. What is going on?

4. Girl looking at you with innocently and tears in their eyes when they leaving you after a date. Is that bad?

5. Girl always say they are busy ( they are working everyday non-stop) and seems not to arrange for a date.

What is going on? Anyone has any idea?

Wow, you need to get a sense of who you are. We can't possibly know why she has tears in her eyes, or the answers to any of your questions.
Relationships progress in tiny little ways of sharing more time with each other, and giving each other clues that you are happy with the other person. It's as simple as that.
When you part, you touch, you linger, you say something nice about the day and about the person, and how you can't wait to see her again.
And eventually, if she is saying the same things, you start talking about the future - together. There's no magic moment when you have to ask to be her boyfriend. It's not a very meaningful term. It should just happen. You can say 'I have zero interest in dating anyone else,' and if she agrees, you are now a couple.

5. Girl always say they are busy ( they are working everyday non-stop) and seems not to arrange for a date. Could be the truth

1. Just keep getting to know her better before you decide to ask her to be your girlfriend. There's no reason to rush into anything when you're not ready.

2. It's just the process of getting to know each other better.

3. Send texts when you have something to say to each other. Otherwise, there shouldn't be any expectations. If it's more pressing, then why not pick up the phone and call instead?

4. You'd have to ask her to get this answer.

5. Depends on the girl. She may not be interested and just telling you that she's busy to hint to you that she's not interested. If she's interested, she would make time for you, whether it's after work or on her day off.
