I am six days late with no sign of af coming. I am always tired and having slight and dull cramps.. I had spotting for two days then it was over... Wat could this be.. Never happened to me before.

Go to the doctor or health clinic and have them do A pregnancy test. Tell them all the symptoms your having. You need to go as soon as possible. Good luck.
