We just purchased a new house and had to replace the shower seats and washers in the master shower. It was leaking. After doing this, we lost water pressure in the shower and in the sink in the master bath? We are at a loss. Please help.

Clean your shower head. Remove it. There is a strainer of filter inside the threaded part. Run water for few moments through shower arm only to flush the line. Reinstall shower head. See if that helped.

Sink: Remove aerator and clean it. Run water w/o aerator for few moments. Reinstall. See if that helped.
