Okay I've been having really bad cramps I always get cramps but during this cycle it's been extremely terrible last night it had me up for 2hrs I couldn't move without being in tremendous pain now on my 4th day of my period and all bleeding had completely stopped but the pain remains.. any idea's of what could be wrong?

There are several conditions with such symptoms, and all you can do is find a good GYN, who will run tests. An ultrasound might be first.
Warm baths, heating pads, pelvic tilts, Tylenol and ibuprofin are some of the ways to help relieve pain.
