Hi I my period is late and first I've been having this egg white clear discharge for about a week or less and now its watery yellowish discharge partly am dry does that mean I will be starting soon or does indicate something else

That is all normal cervical fluid. Your period will most likely just be coming late.
Egg white/clear is considered fertile, then it cycles toward the yellow you described, then your period will come
