1776-1976 commemorative coins are common and not valuable, sorry. I can't tell which one you have. 1976 is not old.

That is the bicentennial coin. A little more valuable than a lot of the commemorative coins, but still not worth a whole lot. I will look it up when I get on my desktop computer.
