The RCA inputs in the back of my speakers have come loose and the small metal prongs that create the contacts have broken off. Now very low sound quality. How can I repair or replace these small parts?

How are your soldering skills using a 25Watt pencil iron? For example... I could fix things like that pretty easily for example... but I know a lot of people who couldn't.
