Unlikely. A BC is an official record of birth, not an adjudication of paternity. What state are you in? And is there a legal reason (as opposed to "it would be nice if ...") you need to be in the BC?

Is there a reason he's not on it? Do you have his last name?

Has his estate been probated? In probate it's possible that you could be adjudicated to be his child, which would amount to the same thing.
