I'm going on holiday in about 4 weeks time and my period will be due at the same time. I know I can take primolut n to delay my period, but after reading about the side effects it sounds like I might have Pms-like symptoms while I'm taking it. So I'm wondering if once the period I'm on now finishes I could take the primolut n tabs for about a week or so, would this bring my period on early? So I could get it out of the way before my holiday?

This would not bring it on early. You could exercise harder. This sometimes delays periods. Or, I've heard that when woman hang out with other women, they tend to get on the same cycle. That takes a long time though. You can start taking birth control pills as well. Other than those options, you might just have to pack extra tampons. Sorry!
