I am an 18 yr old female with incredible mid back pain. Pains are very sharp, and constant. What is causing it, and how do I fix it?

You go to a real doctor in person... because you can't be diagnosed online. Most of the possible causes you can't "fix" yourself.

I woke up with that once... so bad it made you sick to the stomach... turned out to be a shoulder problem that needed surgery... not even the back where I felt it. Lots of other possibilities... too many to list... almost all impossible to diagnose online.
