A little more detail is needed, like:

    - Where are you currently living?
    - Where did you live in 2010?
    - Did you file Form 1040 or 1040NR?

Atlanta: I am currently living in USA, CA. In 2010: I was working overseas in a government contract with US Military, for 365 days, Physical Presence test, not Bona Fida. And I filed 1040.

If the IRS has not noticed the error and sent you a notice by now, they probably will not.

However, to fix the error, you need to submit Form 1040X and a NEW Form 2555 with the correct information on it.
