Hi,I appeal against my Visa refusal decision by home office and waiting for a appeal hearing date.day before yesterday I received from company called Capita behalf of home office saying my visa has expired and have to leave.also They phoned me and I described my situation the I applied for appeal.is anything I can do ? My solicitor was saying to sending official letter to home office and capita for Judicial review and my solicitor asking for another £600.what should I do?

When people apply for JR that's mean you have 80% chance to lose. My suggestion is don't spend money. They doesn't want you to stay in UK. Have you seen someone said PAY otherwise pack up and GO.
