At 16 years old, you run a high risk of a number of insults such as pregnancy induced hypertension and gestational diabetes just to name two. These can be both dangerous to mother and baby. Your body is not done growing itself, now it has to grow another human being.
All you can do, at this point, is to take your prenatal vitamins, get plenty of rest, eat healthy, and avoid alcohol, tobacco and drugs.
