    Blackberry Bold Help?
    I received a Blackberry Bold for Christmas, and it was all fine and well until I did some kind of update. My bbm has stopped working. Now, it says in the App World it's installed already, but when I go to look for it it's not there! I've tried refreshing the device, even totally wiping it and starting from factory settings. I go to re-install it, and go to open it, but I can't because it's not there! It appears in my installed apps list. I've also tried downloading apps that are supposed to quick-launch bbm. When I try to click on it, it says unable to open. I don't know what to do! Please help!
