    York ac unit does not come on unless the power is cycled off then on
    York commercial ac unit does not start up. I have to cycle the circuit breaker or cut off switch then it works until thermostat shuts it off and then it won't restart again

    Can you provide all the specifics.. model, etc.

    I would start by checking the capacitors in the unit. Does it trip the breaker?
