Can my sixteen year old refuse a blood test from her father
My child father has refused paternity for my sixteen year old twice once in The hospital when he sign The birth certificate and again when he sign The child support paper. Now after sixteen year of not being active or taking no kind of responsibility for her he want a blood test.. as I tell my daughter his wishes she said no he can't have one nor does he deserve. One What do I do.

I'm confused. He signed the Birth certificate and signed a child support order, but refused to take a paternity test? Do you have any doubts he is the father?

But yes, your daughter can refuse to submit to a paternity test, unless a court orders it. He can go to court and might be able to force a test.

If he acknowledged paternity by signing the birth certificate and has been paying support, what does he think he will gain now with a test.
