See above . Foundation looks good at the ground but is unknown to me. I am the second owner of house. It is the block wall to an older additon that included a breezeway and garage and is pushed out half an inch several coures up; but not at the ground or at the connection with the rest of the house. The breezeway wall is raised at the back of the house.

You aren't going to do this yourself. THe house literally has to be jacked up.. and that part of the foundation wall rebuilt under it..
