What States have open enrollment if I move there for under 65
Indiana tells me that they do not offer medicare supplements for under age 65 unless I purchased it immediately after becoming elegible. I am looking to move to a state that allows me to purchase a Type F, G, or N supplement that I can begin to use, hopefully without a waiting period. I get all different answers from medicare employees, SHIP councelors and even insurance agents. It seems that this is almost a question that is not suppose to have an answer to. Mostly I get, "we do not know", or "that's a good question, sorry I don't know what to tell you". An attorney told me I should get a divorce and signup for Medicaid. I'm burnt out on trying to get answers, and cannot afford to pay an attorney that doesn't give me any answers. HELP.

You have to be 65 to get Medicare and the supplements.
