Trying to file a emergency custody hearing I have a lawyer but seems like I'm not getting anywhere is there anyway I can push the court date from dec 9 to something sooner I was set for sept 10 and when I got there the moved it I haven't seen my son since June haven't talk to him he father change his # and moved frustrated and angry I don't know what else to do

If you have an attorney, he or she must handle it. If the attorney is unable to figure out how to arrange an earlier hearing, either it's impossible or you need another attorney.

Is there an existing custody/visitation order in place? If so, what is the arrangement?
