I had been on the pill for about 3 years and just stopped taking it , I bled right after and it's a month later now and had cramps just last night and my nipples are sensitive like I'm about to start my period . I was wondering if I could take the sugar pills from my BC pack to have my period. I can't help but be an impatient person when it comes to wanting to be pregnant ! Please let me know !

Sugar pills are just that. Sugar. They won't do anything to make you start your period as there are not hormones in them.

It takes the average healthy couple up to a year or more of actively trying to achieve conception. This is without using any form of contraception. You are going to have to be patient in that you will have to wait until all of the hormones from the contraceptive pill leave your system.

I don't understand , I would skip my period almost 5 months at a time and start taking the sugar pills in the middle of the pack so then my period would start.

So if I've been on BC for a month , wouldn't the sugar pills help start my period ?
