I received a pneumonia shot 2 days ago, 37 years old, HIV. My arm, shoulder are extremely sore, cannot move my arm without pain and now it seems to be going up into my neck? No redness or swelling. Is this a normal side effect or a reaction?

With it going into your neck I'd think maybe you should get to the ER.
