Yes, in pulling out, he is in, and while in, there are early fluids that also contain sperm. So you could easily be pregnant. Now you must wait till time for the next period and see if you get it or not.

But he didn't withdraw it inside me and I still have a period that's why after we sex theirs still a blood

He doesn't have to finish inside you to make you pregnant... he can do that as soon as he puts himself inside you.

Some women CAN become pregnant while having their period, many DO..

Being on your period does not make it safe.

You can not know if you are... until your NEXT period. If you don't have you next one... Two weeks after it is late... you will have to take a test to find out.
