In July I was dating a guy on and off and I had unprotected sex on July 18th and my period came on July 24th- 27th. Right after my period I got back with my ex-boyfriend and we decided we would make a baby. I'm now pregnant and according to the ovulation calendar I conceived between August 3rd and 11th however I am concerned because I had sex with the other guy on July 18th... do you think I could have got pregnant in July even though my period came on 6 days after I had sex with the guy??

It is highly unlikely that it's the other guy. But I couldn't say 100% it wasn't, but I would be surprised if it was.

Pardon me for saying this, but I think it was a big mistake to decide to have a child with an ex boyfriend, even if you got back together. A relationship that was rekindled after dating someone else shortly before does not seem strong enough to create a child.

Conception dates are never exact, and can be off all the time up to a week ( 7 days) and even more is not uncommon.

So there is no real way to know, when the child is born it will be best to do a DNA test just to know for sure.

After that I will have to go with Scott
