    How do they extract all 16 top teeth that are mostly broke at the Gum for dentures

    Depends on how much it is or isn't below the gum line. At worst they may have to take it out in pieces. Normally most modern dentist put you to sleep for this procedure.

    I pay extra for a good oral surgeon. Nothing worse than a dentist struggling to do something he doesn't really know how to do. Pain, pain, weeks extra pain, and even complications.

    Don't worry about below the gumline. The gum can be cut and it will grow back.
