How do I get my mom's husband out of my house, he never paid rent, I pay the mortgage, my mom took care of the utilities and he was arrested for domestic assault and went to jail, when he got out of jail he broke a window to get back into the house and he has threatened my mom. My mom is divorcing him so I couldn't care less about his feelings. I need to know the best way to go about this.

Take your mom to the police station and have a little talk with the police. I am pretty sure both of you can file a restraining order - she definitely can if he has assaulted her. (If he broke a window in your home and entered illegally you should have phoned the police then - especially since he just was released after time for domestic assault.) They can guide you on the best way to deal with the situation in the safest possible way.
