    What do I do if my ex has violated 1 epo already and nothing was done. I just also found out he hacked my personal info again what should I do

    I have a 5 year Epoagainst my ex. Earlierthis year I found he hadviolated the order but nothing was done. I havesome information that he violated again what do I do?

    Please remember this site is international so acronyms may be different. So please define what EPO is. What did you do to report the violation?

    Also how do you know he hacked your info?

    This may or may not be correct but I believe a EPO means an Extended Protective Order. That would be the one issued after a temporary order was in place and a hearing on it was ruled upon. In many jurisdictions a TRO can be issued without a hearing or trial and a hearing date will be set to either drop or expand the order.
