    Can I terminate my lease after signing it two days ago because of roaches
    I moved in my apartment before reviewing the apartment because the land lord wouldn't let me see if until I fot my keys to the apartment but when I moved in I saw roaches every where and I jave two small children so I bombed the apartment three times and still see roaches can I just move out the apartment due to the raoches if I tell the landLord I can't stay due to the nasty roaches they have

    You have to tell the landlord IN WRITING that there is massive roach infestation and if he does not have it taken care of immediately then you will have to terminate the lease. The landlord has to be given the opportunity to remove them before you can terminate the lease.

    You can also try calling the local Health department to inspect. If they find an unliveable condition you may be able to use that.

    In the future, however, never take an apartment sight unseen. Especially if the landlord refuses to allow an inspection. Odds will be he's hiding something.

    Have land lord spray, with professional company. It can take spraying, then re=spray every month for a time or two.

    You should not have signed lease and paid, until you viewed apartment, that is your error and you are obligated to lease
