GE model PSC23PSTASS, the coil in the FF side get all freezed and I can't figure out what is wrong. May be is the mother board?

Could be the defrost heater element. In a top freezer it is under the freezer tray, not sure of a side by side.

I know is an element in the evaporator coil in the freezer side, but I asking about the coil in the fresh food compartment. I don't see any defrost element in this compartment.
