I'm two months late on my period, took eight hpt's and all of them came back negative and would rearly have symptoms. Can somebody tell me what to do?

When did you last test? Did you use first morning urine? Have you had a blood test done?

Not all women get pregnancy symptoms, most women don't get them until near the end of the first trimester, or starting into the second. You cannot diagnose pregnancy by symptoms, or lack thereof.

I last tested on sep. 1 and the test I took didn't require morning urine and my doc appt isn't until a week from now

All tests are more accurate if first morning urine is used. The more concentrated the urine, the more concentrated the hcg hormone, the hormone that detects pregnancy. False negatives are very common, especially if first morning urine isn't used.
