I've had sharp stabbing pains and tenderness in my lower abdomen, heavy bleeding, large blood clots, a fever, nausea, and have been sleeping 14+ hours a day for the past 8 days, what could be the problem? I've been the my personal ob gyn but she said I was fine, but I feel like something is wrong.

Maybe you should go to a regular doctor. It could be something other than a female problem.

With those symptoms I would recommend the ER since it is the weekend.
