If I had an EtG test done for alcohol will pure peppermint extract with alcohol come back positive for alcohol if you drink it every day?

I doubt that it's pure. Extracts are mixed with alcohol. Read the label.

Hey I do go to aa did not no there was alcohol in it I am in a drug program I have a color see the thing is I would put some in my coffee cup every day cause I like flavored coffee can't afford creamer so I used that not noing about the alcohol is in it but when I go in to test at probation the dip stick came up negative but they sent off my EtG for alcohol so I am not looking for excuses for the test I just did not no cause I haven't drank since April of this year so when my test came for alcohol I just tripped and a friend who completed her program told me that the extract has alcohol but is what it is

Anyway, that answer doesn't show what kind of levels will be detected... it shows what percent of alcohol is in the extract.

But as was already said, it will say so on the bottle so you had to have known you were consuming alcohol.

They said they put it in coffee. I am wondering how much coffee they drink with it in it per day for their result to come back positive. A tiny drop with a couple coffees per day I would think wouldn't be that significant?

You can fail an EtG test by using hand sanitizer with alcohol in it.
