    Help with completing eviction summons
I am a licensed attorney but haven't practice much. My husband and I own an rental propety and are in the process of evicting a month-to month tenant. I am filling out the summons and have two questions:

    1) the notice to quit was signed by my husband only - does it mean that only he can be listed on the summons even though we are both owners?

    2) can I sign as the plaintiff's attorney on the summons if I am the owner or if I am or I'm not listed on as the owner

    Thanks

How did you get licensed as an attorney if you can't figure out the answers to these exceedingly easy questions?

    1. No. Both of you should be named plaintiffs.
    2. Yes, you can represent your husband (If you are actually an attorney, which I really doubt), and you can also sign as a named plaintiff.
