Herniated belly button adult male
59 yr old male has had above for several years. Monday got flu like symptoms. Tuesday vomited A lot and has dierreah till this morning. Belly button is extruding as usual; but now has turned deep read and stomach area around it is turning reddish color. Stomach is hard to touch; but pain is concentrated to belly button area. Called doctor earlier and was given an appointment for 6 days from now and told if pin was unbearable to go to ER. Problem is male has an extremely high tolerance to pain. What should we do?
