Ive always had a regular cycle, I tool the last pills of birth control one month to jumpstart my period (I forget why, not the point) I had my period. Then in the month of July I was 18 days late but finally got it. This month I am late 22 days. Its unlikely I am pregnant in my opinion, we used a condom except maybe yhe last teo minutes and he pulled out. Ive taken 5 at home early response pregnancy tests and all came back negative. Wondering if you have any opinions? Am I pregnant or not?

Birth control pills tend to make periods irregular when you first start on them so that may be the cause. When was the date when this intercourse occurred? That is important because it would take time for the hormones in the body to build up enough to react on a pregnancy test.

I believe that your not taking the birth control pills as prescribed, and attempting to use them to control when you have or do not have a period, is messing with your bodies monthly cycles.
I believe you need to start using them only as prescribed and allow your body to get back into its natural cycle.

Also, no birth control is 100 percent, many women get pregnant while on pill and using condoms, One of our own experts is a prime example of that. The Pill when taken correctly is above 90 to 99 percent effective, but still not 100.
Condoms have a 3 to 18 percent failure rate, pulling out has little effect at all.
So not using condoms, the last 10 minutes, just allows all of the early fluids, to be there.
