I had a set of twins, that were taking away from me I was homeless staying with friends and I admit it was pretty dirty there but I couldn't tell them to clean their house it was theirs but anyway its been five years I'm pregnant with twins again I was wondering can it happen again? I have a income my own place getting married. Can I keep them?

You could have kept your own area, where you were living there, clean for you and the babies. I don't understand why you are asking if you can keep them. I guess yes, as long as you stay healthy and clean, no one will complain and you can. But, big but, you must have been drinking or on drugs, plus not providing the necessities of life for your twins to have them taken away.
