I am not feeling well for the past 5 days. Feeling dizzy, disoriented, fainting, passing out, blurred vision, light-headed, chest pain, left arm pain, left temple pain, sharp unbearable pelvic pain at times and just tired. Just want to lay down and do nothing. No kind of motivation.

I haven't really taken any medications, hoping that it was just some infection or something that would go away, but it's getting worse

I can think of a number of things. The simplest being not eating healthy. You need to go to the Dr to get diagnosed.

Thank you, but I do eat healthy. I'm huge on that. I even make my family eat healthy because of family history.
I do appreciate the feedback though.

This could be caused by anything and we can't diagnose you online. You need to see a doctor.

Like I said it could be a number of things and you need to get a diagnosis. Check with the eye dr and a chiropractor as well. I get the left temple pain from being on the computer too much, adrenaline stress, too much antioxidents. I figured out mine is occipital headaches. That can also happen from your back being misaligned or a number of things.
