I just figured it out this morning and it hurts like heck.. I've had it for a couple days, but this morning it hurt more and more. I've never had herpes, never done it.

We all get a little irritation down there from time to time. Sometimes it is an ingrown hair, sometimes a small cyst. If you are not sexually active, don't worry about it, don't try to squeeze it. It will be uncomfortable until it goes away on its own.

I agree with tickle. If it gets worst you should probably visit a doctor =)
