I had a court hearing on July 26 , my ex was ordered to pay the furniture company $1,000 by August 26 or prior to a pending small claims trial ( because the furniture place told me we should be receiving a court date because the furniture people r suing us now). Well August 26 came n the defendant did not pay, tomorrow we ( the ex & I ) go to court against the furniture people. I am not sure what to write in the " declaration supporting my request" , can u please help ?

Very confusing.

There are two cases?

• divorce case perhaps (the July 26th hearing)?
• small claims court

The furniture company sold you furniture and your ex was ordered (in the divorce, or whatever it is) to pay them $1,000 by August 26th? You are confused about how to complete a "declaration supporting request" required in the small claims case. What request do you want to make? I don't really see what one has to do with the other.
