    How much jail time could a minor get for bringing a gun to school in Tracy, ca? He was already on probation for bringing a knife to prior school?

    I do believe CA has stricter laws than other states and he already is on probation so I agree with Fr Chuck

    The California Penal Code may very well have any number of provisions which would make this conduct criminal. Has he been charged yet?
