Breast feeding actually helps you to lose the baby weight. Consider getting a breast pump if you do not want to breast feed them. I had milk for years after my babies and I only breast fed my first so I assume it is normal. I think the doctor can give you pills to dry you up if you really do not want to breast feed or use a pump.

I breast fed my son until he was 10 months old, I would have done it longer, but he stopped taking it.

About a year or more later I was taking a bath and just happened to look down and notice that I was lactating.

I freaked out, yelled for my hubby and told him that if I was pregnant again I would kick his butt.

Turns out, I was not pregnant and that there are many women that continue to produce milk long after they have stopped feeding.

I never experienced what some of my friends and family called "drying up" or if I did, it surely didn't hurt like they described.

So if your asking about why your still producing you may want to consult a doctor for a real medical diagnoses, but I can asure you that it is common. :)
