1) I received violation with charge: 16:87-1.1(A)3 in Newark, NJ "Attempting to evade a payment fare." I paid $40 fine by pleading guilty. Is this a traffic violation? If NOT, does this require me to answer YES to criminal history question or Crime of Moral Terpitude? I did not realize a time stamp was needed on my purchased ticket...

2) I have dismissed violation for open container and another one for tresspass in a park in NYC. Do these demand a YES to the same question?
