Dear doctor, am working in a MNC company, as a cashier. And morning 9.30 am to 6.00 pm I have to sit in my bench. Kindly give advice to deliver a healthy baby and vaginal delivery. This is my first pregnency time and age is 22. Please suggest me like what sholud I have to do? This is my 6 month.

I don't know what a MNC company is. Luckily you get to sit, not stand.

There is now way to know, from your work, if you will have a healthy baby or not. That all depends on how well you take care of yourself.

As far as a vaginal delivery... That is never a given. There is always a risk for cesarean section no matter how well you take care of yourself during pregnancy.
