I know someone who has a 5yr old boy and a 2yr old girl who goes out everyweekend and through the week and parties in her house and she will leave the bairns with whoever will take them and she leaves the 5yr old boy with her gran who is not able look after him she receives child support,tax and uses it go oot drinking .she has people walking in and oot her house getting into wrong crowd would u call that unfit

I would call that questionable behavior. But I can't see its unfit. But it may be enough to get the local family services agency to investigate.

Women in Texas was bringing men into home and sleeping with them for money, trash all over house, kids left alone with a 12 year old to watch them for hours.

Courts had no issue with this. So this is poor life style choices but really do not see the children in danger.

It sounds very borderline if they would do anything. They could try doing visits and make her go through some classes or something but people like that tend to clean up their act just enough to satisfy CPS and get them out of their hair.
