Im in the process of getting a visa for my husband he is being sent back to Mexico on Friday and was just put in jail for DUI and ope container. Does he still have a chance to get his visa or are his chances ruined?

His chances are ruined... those are all not minor offenses... and it takes far less severe offenses to be disqualified. THe deportation alone is a 10 year ban... without the criminal charges.

I would say his chances are fairly well ruined at this point
