The tenant was removed from the unit by the city inspector for not having lights or gas on 8/21/2013. I was instructed to change locks on the door or they would board up the unit. I have not heard from tenant. I contacted a lawyer he said to issue her a letter of abandonment for 10 days from the time she could not enter the unit. I need a letter for usage of wording. I live in Wisconsin
