I tried to use my vacuum cleaner, when plugged in the breaker tripped. I went to the fuse box and could not find a tripped breaker. I than reset them all. When going to find out if this fixed the outlet there was no power, I used a tester and there was no power. Is there another way of resetting a fuse?

Is there a GFCI outlet tripped anywhere? May be in another room or location.
What indication did you have that a breaker tripped?
